Job Description:

The Senior Product Operations Specialist plays a central role in understanding and driving product quality for Checkr’s core products and data supply chain. At Checkr, you will join our Product & Quality Operations team as a background check industry expert to uplevel the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the company’s background screening products through detailed analysis and research.

Job Responsibility:

  • work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify and drive accuracy and compliance-based opportunities for Checkr’s core products
  • analyze large and complex data sets to inform machine learning models and system logic improvements at scale
  • identify trends and drive opportunities through regular system and operational audits
  • serve as an industry subject matter expert
  • drive independent internal and external research to complete objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the background check or compliance industry
  • deep understanding of the US court system and how it influences industry compliance
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and extrapolate trends to both technical and non-technical partners
  • a willingness to roll up your sleeves to perform detailed and often repetitive data analysis
  • comfortability in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet the shifting needs of the business
