Partner with cross‑functional product teams to identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support teams in implementing sustainable change
Surface actionable insights and recommendations from 'on the ground' observations to leadership to drive organization-wide improvements
Design and implement lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency (with a strong 'minimum viable process' mindset)
Scale empowered, agile ways of working across multiple teams by sharing insights, patterns, and best practices in impactful ways
Ensure teams are using product and delivery tooling effectively to promote transparency, alignment, and measurable business outcomes
Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and facilitation to product teams and leaders as needed
Support teams and leaders with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and support the adoption of practices that enable learning and adaptability
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross‑functional product teams
Background in product operations or similar roles
experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer is a strong plus
Comfort with product and delivery tooling (experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps is a bonus)
Strong facilitation skills, including experience with conflict resolution, group dynamics, and working across diverse personality styles
Ability to observe team dynamics objectively and provide thoughtful, constructive, and sometimes challenging feedback
Proven experience driving cultural and behavioral change through agile mindsets and best‑practice adoption
Natural connector who can synthesize diverse inputs, align stakeholders, and help teams find a clear path forward
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence teams and senior stakeholders
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments
Familiarity with infrastructure engineering and SaaS product organizations is a plus
