Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to distill technical features into clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging inspiring developers and decision-makers
Drive product launches from strategy to execution always in service to Render's long-term vision
Craft concise and compelling value propositions and differentiation that resonate with developer audiences across our properties
Develop high-quality, audience-specific content – blogs, videos, case studies, demos, landing pages, and more – that supports GTM initiatives
Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine messaging and content strategies
Be the voice of the customer. Understand Render's customers' unique needs, pain points, and aspirations—champion customer-centricity throughout the organization, influencing strategy with insights and pulse of the customer and the market
Manage our customer stories and showcase the impact that Render has for its customers
Requirements:
4+ years of B2B product marketing experience for technical SaaS products
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into language that resonates with diverse audiences, from developers to technical decision-makers
Full stack Product Marketing expertise across the product launch lifecycle
A strong understanding of modern application development practices, the cloud, and the needs of developers and engineering teams
Experience creating compelling external-facing content assets for technical audiences
Stellar communication and presentation skills
Creative, “can do” attitude
Intellectual curiosity and first principles thinking and problem-solving
Nice to have:
2+ years experience working in a small to mid-sized startup
A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred
Data-driven approach to your work, customer research and other internal, external oriented insights
Deep understanding, advocacy, and empathy of the developer audience and their processes, tools, platforms, and jobs to be done
