We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with growth path to Head of Marketing to join our team and lead the launch and ongoing market support of Beezi — an AI development orchestration platform that helps engineering teams manage AI-powered delivery in one place with security-first infrastructure. Beezi integrates with tools like GitHub, Jira, Slack, Teams, Azure DevOps, and Bitbucket, enables intelligent code generation, model routing, workflow tracking, and gives teams visibility into AI impact, adoption, velocity, and cost efficiency. This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong product marketing fundamentals with hands-on experience in launching AI products and building reseller / partner-led growth channels. We see this position as a strategic hire with the potential to grow into Head of Marketing as the product and go-to-market function scale.
Job Responsibility
Lead the go-to-market launch and marketing execution for Beezi
Shape product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different target audiences
Translate product capabilities into clear business benefits for buyers, users, and partners
Build and refine core marketing assets, including website messaging, presentations, sales enablement materials, case studies, and launch collateral
Work closely with founders, sales, and product teams to align go-to-market priorities
Support product adoption and market traction through ongoing campaigns and content initiatives
Develop and test channel strategies to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline
Build and grow reseller / partner collaborations, including identifying potential partners, creating joint value propositions, and supporting partner enablement
Analyze market feedback, customer insights, and competitor positioning to continuously improve messaging and strategy
Help lay the foundation for the future marketing function with the opportunity to grow into a Head of Marketing role
Requirements
Strong experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products
Proven track record of launching new products or leading go-to-market initiatives
Experience marketing AI products or solutions related to AI, developer tools, automation, or enterprise software
Practical experience building or supporting reseller, channel, or strategic partner collaborations
Strong skills in product positioning, messaging, storytelling, and value communication
Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment
Experience creating marketing materials that support both awareness and sales conversations
Solid understanding of how to work with product, founders, and commercial teams in a cross-functional setup
Strong English communication skills

Experience working with developer-focused, engineering, or technical products
Background in startup or early-stage product environments
Experience with enterprise audiences and longer B2B sales cycles
Familiarity with AI adoption, AI operations, or productivity tooling for software teams
