Step into a highly visible and strategic role as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at LumApps, a company on a significant growth trajectory where Product Marketing is an engine for success. This role is mission-critical and will directly help the company make great strides and progress by defining cross-product go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution and communications for a core part of the LumApps AI-powered Employee Hub You will help the product and engineering teams solve the complex opportunities to address platform fragmentation, focusing on employee experiences and the critical LumApps+Beekeeper integration to unify the workforce across all touchpoints. We are looking for a highly autonomous leader who can quickly master deep Product and Market Knowledge, and apply it with creative, out-of-the-box problem solving to drive outcomes with broad organizational impact. While this is an individual contributor role, you are expected to leverage your expertise to mentor both entry-level and expert-level PMMs, setting the standard for execution excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and implement comprehensive GTM plans for cross-product initiatives
Drive new product GTMs, including early access programs, customer focus groups, and General Availability (GA) launches
Develop and optimize pricing and packaging models for cross-selling and new logos
Manage complex communications and migration paths for existing customers during platform transitions
Collaborate with Pre-Sales to ensure use cases are effectively demonstrated
Partner closely with the Demand Generation and Content Marketing teams to align on campaign strategy and content needs
Lead the creation of customer success stories and testimonials to effectively quantify and communicate product ROI
Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with pitch decks, feature decks, product demo videos, and case studies
Contribute to Product strategy by ensuring we are building the right product for the right target customers
Drive Growth strategy by identifying in-product and marketing levers to increase users and ARPU
Oversee Pricing strategy for assigned product domain, determining how to monetize the product and package it based on value-drivers to accelerate sales
Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the PMM team
Develop and refine product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences
Transform the AI Employee Hub vision by integrating the LumApps/Beekeeper narrative
Translate technical product capabilities into clear, value-based messaging and storytelling
Refresh core user personas and pain points annually to align with market trends
Own competitive intelligence and win/loss insights/analysis for owned product domain and scope, including maintaining documentation and tools across the product portfolio
Own LumApps' narrative within relevant domains for industry analysts and influencers, proactively advocating for favorable positioning in industry reports
Conduct regular briefings and presentations with industry analysts and research leaders, while tracking key market guides and reports
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS
Demonstrated hands-on experience leveraging AI in GTM, content refinement (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM), or developing AI-based enablement tools
Proven expertise in GTM strategy for complex platform products and managing cross-product line initiatives at an enterprise level
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
Project management and change management skills, stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Based in Paris with professional fluency in English (with ability to travel as needed to industry and field marketing events, internal meet-ups, customer visits, etc.)
Nice to have:
Fluency in French
Experience as an internal communicator/using intranets for communications, content management and distribution
Domain expertise in Internal Communications, HR, or Employee Experience
