This is a call to the go-to-market pioneers. We are seeking a foundational Product Marketing leader to write the playbook for the next creative frontier. This is a rare opportunity to define a new market category, crafting the story that will introduce Luma's frontier AI technology to the world's leading creators, studios, and enterprises. You will not be running a playbook; you will be the architect of it.
Job Responsibility:
Architect the foundational go-to-market strategy, positioning, packaging, pricing, and messaging for Luma's products
Own the launch of new products and capabilities, crafting campaigns that resonate with discerning creative and technical audiences
Define our enterprise and studio GTM motion, building the narrative and sales enablement materials to pioneer our first strategic partnerships
Collaborate deeply with our Product, Research, and Design teams, acting as the voice of the market to shape the future of our product roadmap
Build a deep understanding of our users and the market to identify new opportunities and create a new category for creative AI
Execute with tenacious speed, driving tangible GTM outcomes in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment where impact is the only metric that matters
Craft the story that launches a global movement, establishing Luma as the heart of the next generation of visual effects and content creation
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of launching new, innovative products
A proven 'builder' and 'market-maker' with a demonstrated history of driving tangible, high-impact results in a fast-paced, resource-constrained setting
Experience building GTM strategies from scratch (0-to-1) and have executed relentlessly without an established playbook
Possess impeccable taste, a high bar for craft, and an obsession with detail, with a deep understanding of how to market to creative, developer, or prosumer audiences
A first-principles thinker who can navigate ambiguity and operate with high agency and autonomy
A genuine passion for the creative potential of AI and our mission to expand human imagination
Nice to have:
Experience at a category-defining, product-led company (e.g., Figma, Notion, Stripe) or a leader in creative AI (e.g., Runway, Adobe)
Training at a top-tier PMM program (e.g., Google APMM, Meta) followed by successful experience in a high-growth startup environment
Founder experience or experience as an early GTM hire at a high-growth startup
Direct experience marketing to enterprise and studio clients in the creative or media industries
An understanding and empathy for creative professionals (e.g., filmmakers, creators, agencies) who you have either worked with or alongside in prior roles
