We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our M365 Copilot Inbound team, focused on bringing Copilot-powered creation and collaboration experiences to life in Word and PowerPoint. In this role, you will shape how customers use Copilot to move from draft to done—starting with chat‑first creation and extending into app‑native, side‑by‑side collaboration directly within Word and PowerPoint. You will help define and market experiences where Copilot doesn’t just generate content, but actively collaborates with users—editing, refining, restructuring, and iterating within the document or deck itself. You will guide Copilot experiences from early concept through launch and adoption, ensuring they are grounded in real work, differentiated through deep app integration, and easy for customers to trust and use at scale. You will craft the narrative for how Copilot works with people inside the tools they already rely on, enabling faster iteration, better quality outputs, and more confident collaboration. This role partners closely with product management, engineering, and design/UX for Word and PowerPoint, and works cross‑functionally with business planning and finance, sales and field marketing, PR/communications, and analyst relations to drive clarity, excitement, and adoption. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
Job Responsibility:
Own inbound product marketing for Copilot experiences in Word and PowerPoint, with a focus on chat‑first creation, agentic assistance, and in‑app, side‑by‑side collaboration with Copilot
Shape product direction from early concept through launch, bringing customer insight, market context, and competitive perspective to influence roadmap decisions and ensure strong product‑market fit
Define clear value propositions and positioning that articulate how Copilot helps customers draft, edit, refine, and collaborate directly in their documents and presentations—without version sprawl or tool switching
Craft compelling narratives and storytelling that explain the shift from one‑shot generation to iterative, agentic collaboration with Copilot inside Word and PowerPoint
Develop customer‑ready assets and enablement, including demos, presentations, blog content, and training materials that bring Copilot’s in‑app value to life
Serve as a voice of innovation to the field, translating product vision into practical guidance for sales and customer success teams, supporting customer engagements, and ensuring feedback is integrated into product direction
Collaborate closely with PR/communications, analyst relations, and design/UX teams to tell a cohesive, differentiated story about Copilot in Word and PowerPoint across internal and external audiences
Embody our culture and values
