Our organization spans a wide range of monetization experiences and infrastructure, including advertising, publisher, measurement, identity, privacy, and CRM/martech solutions. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and lead customer listening, go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for one or more critical areas within our Publisher and Platform portfolio. This could include products such as Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Monetize, Microsoft Curate, third-party DSP integrations, privacy and identity solutions, and CRM/martech solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Listening & Market Insights: Lead customer listening strategies and market intelligence efforts to uncover growth opportunities, inform investment priorities, and shape the product roadmap.
Product Positioning, Messaging & Value Proposition: Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and value propositions that resonate with customer needs and business outcomes.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Lead cross-functional v-teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
Enablement & Scaling: Ensure internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Learning & Development—are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate our roadmap, positioning, and value.

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles, leading cross-organizational teams and working with Engineering partners.
3+ years of experience in applying different customer listening approaches to inform and influence product development.
3+ years of experience in product positioning and value proposition, with experience in leading differentiated value propositions and translating complex features into compelling narratives.
Experience in Advertising, Monetization & Publisher Ecosystems: Committed understanding of the digital advertising landscape—across agency, publisher, or brand perspectives.
Strategic Agility & Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, iterate on new concepts, and respond effectively to changing priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Experience working across teams to build alignment, drive shared outcomes, and resolve complex issues.
