Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with deep payments expertise to help shape and scale Zuora’s Payments business. This is a highly strategic, GTM-focused role with broad visibility across the company. You’ll help define how we position our payments capabilities, bring new offerings to market, and build stronger awareness and credibility in the payments ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and leadership to connect product innovation to market opportunity and help unlock new revenue streams for Zuora and our customers.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of Product Marketing experience
  • Strong domain expertise in payments
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem (gateways, processors, global payments, authorization, fraud, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead strategic GTM initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong positioning and storytelling skills
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and contributing to strategic decisions
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, billing, or quote-to-cash platforms
  • Familiarity with global payments, compliance, or multi-entity environments
  • Background in consulting or other strategic roles
