ClickHouse is looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help build and scale our partnership marketing program and drive measurable business impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across product, marketing, sales, and demand generation - as well as with strategic partners like AWS, Azure, GCP, and others - to identify, develop, and execute joint initiatives that grow awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue. You’ll help identify high-impact opportunities, shape the strategy, and lead the creation of supporting content and programs that bring these initiatives to life.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the creation of marketing and enablement assets that support these campaigns
  • Track performance of these activities, report on results, and continuously optimize based on what works and what doesn’t
  • Support partner sales enablement through content and positioning

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in partner marketing, a related role, or a technical position (e.g., solutions architect, support engineering, technical product marketing). You're either a partner marketer with technical depth or a technologist eager to move into partner marketing
  • Proven track record working with cloud providers
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver across multiple stakeholders
  • Versatile content creation skills - you’re comfortable writing and producing assets across a range of formats and audiences
  • Data-driven mindset - you set goals, track performance, and use insights to iterate on strategy and content
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to stay current on industry trends and advancements
  • Deep understanding of databases, particularly OLAP
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across functions and levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely

Nice to have

  • Experience in infrastructure, open source, or database technologies
  • Experience in a technical role or field of study

What we offer

  • Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in 20 countries
  • Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare
  • Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options
  • Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries
  • A $500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee
