We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who thrives on transforming complex technical concepts into human-centric narratives that resonate.
Job Responsibility
Develop compelling, audience-specific messaging, positioning, and content that differentiates Twilio's data products
build deep understanding of customers and user personas through research and direct engagement
lead cross-functional product launches
champion customers while influencing product development
translate technical product features into differentiated narratives and value-driven proof points
cultivate customer advocates in partnership with Customer Marketing
Requirements
5+ years experience in product marketing or technical marketing
worked in product marketing in the customer data, data warehouse, or customer experience technology space
proven ability to synthesize complex, technical product features into simple, value-driven stories
ability to turn data into a story and a story into a presentation
'get under the hood' mindset with ability to understand data architectures, APIs, and CDP workflows
strategic thinker with ability to build deep domain expertise through primary and secondary research
ability to enable and educate internal audiences
demonstrated project management skills
enjoys working on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment
believes customer and employee experiences need to evolve with new technology
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience marketing highly technical platform products to developers, data engineers, and/or technical marketers
