Job Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Data Sovereignty, you’ll be strategic contributor to our go-to-market efforts to drive adoption of our cloud platform, specifically among customers in regulated industries. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape our cloud deployments & data residency narrative - articulating how we meet the requirements of complex enterprise customers, drive awareness of our cloud deployments & platform, design end-to-end campaign & enablement strategy, and partner cross-functionally with a range of stakeholder teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Isolated Cloud and the security & compliance pillars of Atlassian’s enterprise-grade architecture
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to security & trust personas, highlighting security, compliance, and cloud value
  • Enable sales teams with effective collateral, training, and tools to drive pipeline and close deals
  • Conduct customer and market research to inform product direction, messaging, and campaign strategy
  • Develop high-impact content (presentations, case studies, whitepapers, web copy) for technical and business audiences
  • Support industry events and customer engagements to build awareness and generate leads
  • Partner with Demand Generation & ABM to design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads for sales
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Engagement teams to align on strategy and execution
  • Monitor business health and funnel and regularly report out on performance and impact of your marketing activities

Requirements

  • Proven track record marketing to enterprise organizations, ideally for SaaS solutions targeting IT buyers
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and other enterprise-grade requirements for cloud solutions
  • Medium technical proficiency—able to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience (or other highly relevant background)
  • Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities
