Job Responsibility:

  • Build and manage go-to-market plans for all new products and major releases
  • Define success metrics with Product Managers
  • Systematise insight capture
  • Build structured feedback routes between CS, PMM, and Product
  • Create and maintain enablement assets
  • Standardise the launch-to-adoption process
  • Drive accountability across teams for release hygiene
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to refine positioning and messaging
  • Translate complex capabilities into simple customer stories
  • Contribute to education on model confidence and transparency
  • Maintain visibility of success metrics from launch through to adoption
  • Publish clear adoption and trend summaries
  • Share updates with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Exec teams
  • Find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Product Marketing, Product Ops, or Growth within B2B SaaS
  • Can plan and execute product launches end-to-end with clear accountability and timelines
  • Strong in roadmap management — stage gates, tight timelines, and disciplined follow-through
  • Experience creating enablement assets that simplify complex products
  • Comfortable interpreting data and customer insights to drive decisions

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with measurement, MMM/MTA, or adtech
  • Experience with GTM tooling (GA4, Shopify, CRM analytics, Notion, Jira, enablement platforms)
