This role is central to defining and scaling a next-generation platform that transforms Ambulatory care delivery through integrated software, AI, and hardware solutions. The position operates at the intersection of product strategy, clinical workflows, and emerging technologies, with significant ownership over both customer impact and commercial outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the platform
Define product direction across software, AI capabilities, and hardware integrations
Lead vendor selection, platform scope decisions, and build vs. buy evaluations
Drive financial outcomes including revenue targets, pricing inputs, and value realization
Align with executive leadership on long-term strategy, differentiation, and investment priorities
Partner with engineering, design, data, and AI teams to deliver impactful product releases
Conduct ongoing user research and customer engagement to inform product decisions
Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning and launch strategies
Operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience with increasing ownership and scope
Experience building, scaling, and expanding products
Strong understanding of Ambulatory clinical workflows, patient engagement, or adjacent healthcare solutions (preferred)
Healthcare industry experience (strongly preferred)
Exposure to AI-enabled products, platforms, or hardware integrations
Ability to operate in ambiguity and make complex tradeoffs with accountability for outcomes
Strong communication skills with executive presence
Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability
High agency with a natural drive to overcome obstacles and achieve goals
Deep strategic thinking with the ability to assess competitive forces, segment markets, and identify durable advantages
Strong community-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and alignment toward shared goals
Ability to be onsite in the Bay Area, monthly
