Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Dynamics 365 Human Resources, to be based in India, who will lead innovation in core human resources functions and transformational initiatives aimed at redefining employee experience and human resources administration. This position plays a critical role in guiding the future of AI-driven HR operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient, automated, and autonomous solutions that generate significant business value at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Leadership: Define and drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered Hire to Retire experiences in Dynamics 365 Human Resources
  • AI-First Innovation: Lead the development of intelligent agents and automation capabilities that enable autonomous human resources operational processes and validation using LLMs and generative AI
  • LLM Strategy & Execution: Define how large language models (LLMs) will be embedded across human resources operations and hyper-personalized employee experience workflows, including success metrics, experimentation plans, and business value realization
  • Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with customers, partners, data, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand human resources scenarios and design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to shape product strategy and identify differentiators in the AI and ERP space
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and field teams to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions
  • Experimentation & Evaluation: Work with engineering and data science teams to run experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on AI features across the hire to retire lifecycle
  • Service Health Ownership: Monitor and improve the health, reliability, and scalability of AI-powered services in your area, collaborating closely with engineering and support teams
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers to understand their business processes, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Microsoft in customer engagements, industry forums, and internal reviews as a subject matter expert in human resources management and AI transformation
  • Community Enablement: Support customer readiness through documentation, blogs, presentations, and collaboration with support and field teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, cloud ERP software companies, or human resources management applications for the enterprise
  • 5+ years of experience or exposure with the human resources management domain and a deep understanding of the related business processes in ERP
  • 4+ years of experience Product Management with customer collaboration and design focus when creating products
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market
