Job Responsibility:
Lead cross-functional teams from research to delivery with our clients
Product Discovery & Delivery: Lead a team of designers, user researchers, engineers, and test engineers to define scope and ensure on-time / on-budget delivery. Use AI-augmented research tools to gather feedback and synthesise into actionable insights
Strategy & Roadmapping: Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve complex problems. Define success metrics and implement tracking to advocate for data-driven product pivots even when perfect data isn't available
AI native WoW: Architect products that leverage agentic workflows and LLM orchestration. Using modern AI tooling to 10x your own productivity and the speed of the squad. Define Definition of Done in a world of probabilistic AI outputs, ensuring quality and reliability remain paramount
Storytelling & Evangelism: Capture what’s learned and share outcomes via Show & Tells and case studies. Explore how project outputs can be packaged as white-label demos or reused in pitches to help Elsewhen grow its portfolio
Client relations: Play a key role in managing expectations with the client throughout a project and building meaningful relationships. Proactively identifying opportunities for future phases of work and broader consultative work
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Product Manager designing and delivering consumer-facing and internal propositions in large, cross-functional teams
At least 2 years experience working in a consultancy
Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to turn technical complexity into a compelling narrative for clients and non-technical audiences
Ability to understand complex technical challenges and support the team in making the right decisions
Substantial experience prioritising, executing and delivering according to a product roadmap
Can produce high-quality market scans, competitor analyses and other reports as they are required
Moved beyond basic prompting and using AI tools to streamline your own work, as well into a product for your client or organisation
