We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Yotpo and help build the next generation of our UGC (User-Generated Content) platform, powered by AI. This role focuses on creating AI-driven capabilities on top of Yotpo’s core products — enabling brands to better collect, understand, and activate customer content such as reviews, ratings, and visual UGC. You will work in a strong product trio with design and engineering to discover, validate, and deliver solutions that create real value for customers and drive measurable business impact. Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with engineering and product design in a product trio to discover and deliver impactful solutions
Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
Define problems worth solving at the intersection of UGC, AI, and e-commerce
Translate customer and business needs into clear product direction and priorities
Drive fast iteration cycles from discovery to delivery and learning
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes
Work closely with GTM, sales, and customer success to ensure strong product adoption and feedback loops
Become a domain expert in UGC, customer behavior, and AI-driven product capabilities
Requirements:
5–7 years of product management experience in SaaS companies
Proven experience working in empowered product teams
Strong product discovery and delivery skills
Experience building or contributing to customer-facing products
Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, design, and GTM teams
Strong analytical thinking and outcome-oriented mindset
Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Nice to have:
Experience building AI / LLM-based products or features
Experience working with data-rich products or recommendation / insight systems
Background in UGC, reviews, or customer engagement products
Experience in e-commerce or marketing technology
Technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering
