Job Responsibility:
Responsible for managing his/her product(s) life cycle all the way from the strategic planning to tactical initiatives
Define his/her product line(s) strategy, in line with Global Marketing vision, and influence acceptance and adoption of that strategy across the organization
Lead the development of new products including the collection of market requirements and of the scope of product innovation projects
Define the go-to-market strategy with Cluster organization
Work with Cluster organizations to develop product deployment plans and track their implementation and KPIs
Shadow P&L responsibility i.e.: supporting clusters in achieving their P&L targets including the achievement of the business case related targets connected to a new product deployment
Must possess a blend of business and technical savvy
Go to person in case of any questions or concerns, redirect to the respective Team Member if needed
Mentor other product managers within the teamwork, cross-functionally with the R&D, engineering, cluster marketing, sales, and other departments, developing strong relationships between all these departments that allow for the smooth and efficient flow of product activities and the establishment of trust with crucial process partners
Generate showcases, visibility in press and trade shows, customer presentations and sales material, website content in close collaboration with GM brand and communication, and corporate communication
The Senior Product Manager also performs other duties as required by the Head of Product Management or the Employer. For example, attending tradeshows and representing the business and its product
Requirements:
Senior working experience in strategic functions
profound international working experience
experience in Project and / or Program Management
experience in Sales and Business Development
experience in FMCG, food / beverage related industry beneficial
Used to work in complex matrix environment with strong cross-functional approach
Master degree in Business Administration, international education preferred, ideally with strong technical background
MS Office advanced
SAP basic skills
English and Spanish – independent user
German – basic user (beneficial)
