Job Description:

As Senior Product Manager, you will join our Technology team to drive the efficiency of Westwing’s supply chain and fulfilment operations across Europe. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will partner with senior stakeholders to translate operational strategy into scalable product solutions, including warehouse, order, and delivery management systems. In this role, you will directly impact operational excellence and cost efficiency by shaping the systems that power our end-to-end processes, from initial sourcing to final customer delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sourcing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams to define and own the product roadmap for Supply Chain & Fulfilment systems
Own and drive measurable business outcomes aligned with company OKRs and operational performance targets
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal operational products, from prioritisation and delivery to rollout and continuous improvement
Drive product discovery to identify automation and optimisation opportunities, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to innovate across the supply chain
Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure the high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery of product initiatives
Translate operational needs into clear functional specifications while defining the KPIs required to drive continuous data-led optimisation
Make build vs. buy decisions based on speed, scalability, and long-term impact to the business
Prepare product proposals, business cases, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and secure stakeholder buy-in

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management within e-commerce, retail, or logistics
Solid understanding of fulfilment, warehouse, and systems such as OMS, WMS, or ERP
Proven track record of evaluating and integrating SaaS solutions and external vendors within a complex system landscape
Hands-on experience with Agile product development methodologies and leading cross-functional delivery teams
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and prototyping
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to distinguish between what technically works and what truly scales
Extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and driving continuous process improvements
Fluency in English
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to manage stakeholders across all functional and management levels
