Senior Product Manager

• Define and execute a roadmap of high-impact innovation initiatives
• drive platform improvements across core infrastructure
• identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with fintechs and emerging technology providers
• act as the business owner for horizontal platform capabilities
• partner with engineering, operations, risk, compliance, sales, and marketing teams

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Proven expertise in strategic planning, process management, change delivery, and serving as an agile product owner
• demonstrated experience in commercial card product development and digital API integration within leading financial institutions or Fintech companies
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
• excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• familiarity with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements in the payment sector
