As a Senior Product Manager at Brandwatch, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role driving the vision and execution for an entire functional area—such as Analytics, Machine Learning, or Data Systems. You bring a deep well of experience and instinct, enabling you to operate with high impact and autonomy across teams. This role goes beyond the typical scope of a Product Manager. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, shape departmental processes, and serve as a thought leader within the organization. Your influence will extend across departments, and your decisions will shape the direction of our platform and how we serve our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Own a product domain end-to-end, such as ML/DS, Analytics, or a major data integration area
Drive strategy and execution, balancing near-term roadmap planning with long-term vision and innovation
Collaborate across departments to lead initiatives like Product Operations and development resource planning
Establish and evolve product processes, improving efficiency through new tools, documentation standards, or workflows
Mentor and coach other Product Managers, supporting their growth and elevating the team’s overall performance
Engage with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, to gather insights and guide escalations or high-impact feature work
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships, such as SimilarWeb, Critical Mention, or LexisNexis
Partner with Customer Marketing to create product education content like webinars and customer enablement materials
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Product Management or an equivalent role, ideally in B2B SaaS
A proven track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products in the marketing technology or PR space
Deep domain expertise in marketing technology, PR, and data analytics
Technical fluency in at least one relevant area (e.g., APIs, boolean search, data feeds, web analytics, RSS)
Exceptional communication skills and a leadership presence that influences at every level of the organization
A strategic mindset with the ability to build a 6-month roadmap and articulate a multi-year vision
Comfort in ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
