We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Data Platform team in designing and deploying secure, scalable, and dynamic data and cloud infrastructure. You will oversee a complex ecosystem—including Azure, Databricks, and Advanced Analytics—to ensure the delivery of foundational technologies that power both enterprise and customer solutions. This role requires a governance-first mindset and the ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
Job Responsibility:
Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and compliance
Draft clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Strategically balance short-term delivery requirements with long-term platform evolution
Partner with engineering leads to facilitate smooth sprint planning, delivery, and release management
Make rapid, informed decisions regarding technical trade-offs and constraints
Monitor platform KPIs, focusing on performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and user adoption
Engage with internal stakeholders to translate data needs into technical requirements
Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards
Prepare materials for and participate in steering committees to ensure organizational alignment
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delivery delays
Implement best practices to minimize operational risks and enhance portfolio success
Maintain a governance-first approach to all data initiatives within the portfolio
Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in product management or technical leadership
Proven track record of managing Data or Cloud Infrastructure platforms (Azure preferred)
Strong experience in Agile methodologies, specifically sprint planning and release management
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor resources and large-scale stakeholder groups
Familiarity with the Data ecosystem: Databricks, Data Warehousing, ETL, and Data Pipelines
Understanding of Data Analytics and Visualization tools
Ability to translate complex technical constraints into business-friendly strategy
Exceptional decision-making skills under pressure
Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
