As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for shaping and driving a complex product domain that enables brands to understand, steer, and optimize their marketplace performance. You identify meaningful customer and business problems and translate them into scalable, data-driven product capabilities. You combine strong product thinking with a product-led growth mindset, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in customer value, measurable outcomes, and sustainable business impact. Working at the intersection of Product, Data, and Engineering, you ensure that our products deliver decision-ready insights and are built on robust, scalable foundations. You actively leverage AI and automation to enhance product capabilities, accelerate learning, and unlock new ways for customers to generate value from data. You lead product discovery and drive roadmap execution, defining clear priorities and ensuring that initiatives are treated as hypotheses, continuously validated through data and customer feedback. You balance short-term impact with long-term product and system health, making informed trade-offs that support scalability and reliability. You contribute to and shape product strategy for your domain, synthesizing market dynamics, customer needs, and internal insights to guide decision-making. You take ownership of delivering value end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring that product investments translate into measurable outcomes for both customers and the business.
Job Responsibility:
Work with Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to solve important customer and business problems, measuring outcomes and learning from results
Shape and refine the product strategy for a complex domain, contributing to mid-term direction and proposition delivery
Drive product discovery, using data, customer feedback, and experimentation to validate opportunities
Define value propositions, success metrics, and KPIs that connect product development with measurable impact
Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps and deliverable milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ensure product capabilities balance customer value, innovation, and long-term system reliability
Monitor market trends and competitor developments to continuously refine product positioning
Requirements:
Strong experience as a Senior Product Manager in ecommerce, marketplace, or other data-driven product environments
experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
Ability to translate complex business problems into structured product solutions
Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to guide product decisions
Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams in cross-functional environments
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have:
