Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring that all initiatives are closely aligned with the strategic objectives and responsive to evolving market demands
  • Collaborates with various Lines of Business (LOBs) to develop and implement strategies, identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
  • Effectively engage with internal stakeholders to build alignment and drive the successful rollout of open banking initiatives for Business Banking
  • Support ongoing Digital Initiates for Business Banking as time permits

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Be familiar with small business banking or relevant open banking
  • Understanding of business functions, including project support, project leadership, partner interactions, and cross functional leadership
  • Experience in digital implementation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce
  • Ability to lead cross functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Product management experience – ability to develop, refine, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Open Banking platform aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in an agile environment and managing incremental delivery to achieve business outcomes
  • Proven strength in business planning, business model development, and people change management
