Microsoft Calendar aims to solve capabilities to transform calendar experiences across Microsoft 365 applications, by delivering intelligent, proactive, conversational and agent capabilities powered by AI, that will help user analyze and optimize their calendars for productivity and reclaim time.
Job Responsibility:
Define and communicate product vision and concepts by developing clear scenarios, detailed user journeys, and articulating the “why” and “what” behind intelligent, AI-driven scheduling experiences
Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including customer research, requirements definition, user experience, and the launch of new AI-powered capabilities
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Data Science to evaluate and iterate on solutions that apply AI to solve real-world time management challenges
Lead with thought leadership and AI-first mindset, shaping strategy, formulating goals, deeply understanding user needs, and delivering differentiated product features that leverage AI
Manage cross-team dependencies and align priorities to ensure Calendar Copilot features launch on time and deliver measurable value across devices and platforms
Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback, triaging priorities, and ensuring the product exceeds user expectations, especially as we introduce new AI-driven workflows
Present product plans, strategy, demos, competitor reviews and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
champion a customer-obsessed, outcome-driven, and AI-first product culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or software development
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product management or software development

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Proven track record designing and delivering user-centric, AI-powered products for productivity or collaboration, especially at scale
Advanced technical problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn complex requirements—including those involving AI/ML—into simple, effective solutions
Solid data analytics skills and experience driving product decisions using quantitative and qualitative insights, especially where AI can provide new capabilities
Proven record as a passionate customer advocate, always keeping user outcomes and trust at the center of your work
Relentless drive for results, with a history of delivering high-impact, innovative products in fast-paced environments
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and diverse audiences
