Power Pages is Microsoft’s enterprise grade low code platform for building secure, scalable external facing business websites enabling organizations to digitize workflows like citizen services, onboarding, case management, and partner collaboration with speed and governance built in. It combines an intuitive low code design studio with deep pro-dev extensibility (APIs, custom code, source control, etc.), native Dataverse integration, and enterprise security, making it easy to deliver modern, compliant, high-performance portals. As a Senior Product Manager for Power Pages, you will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, customer experience, and platform extensibility for multiple capabilities across Power Pages. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, security, governance, and cross–Power Platform teams to deliver modern, secure, scalable external facing site capabilities used by enterprises and governments worldwide.
Job Responsibility:
Define and evolve the product roadmap for user facing features, site scalability, security, extensibility, and platform fundamentals
Identify customer pain points and market opportunities and prioritize long term investments aligned with Power Platform strategy
Drive cross functional initiatives across engineering, design, partner orgs to deliver capabilities for Power Pages
Own conception to launch execution of features that improve productivity, scalability, security or governance ensuring Power Pages experiences meet enterprise requirements
Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to gather insights, validate scenarios, and refine product direction
Collaborate with partner and peer teams across Dynamics, Power Platform, and industry solutions to align priorities and address cross product dependencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management OR equivalent experience
Deep understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, web development, or SaaS application architecture
Ability to drive clarity and execution across ambiguous problem areas
Demonstrates effective collaboration abilities with engineering, design teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Experience managing roadmap tradeoffs across performance, scale, and governance
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Microsoft Cloud background check
Nice to have:
2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework)
4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
