Reporting to the President and COO, We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead our Youth & Intelligent Family Banking platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle from market definition to launch and adoption. This role sits at the intersection of digital banking, money movement, behavioral engagement, and fintech ecosystem integration. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to build a category-defining solution for community financial institutions.
User Experience Leadership: Define youth, parent, and FI personas
drive modern UX and frictionless journeys
Adoption & Growth Analytics: Establish KPIs for acquisition, engagement, transaction growth, and deposit impact
Go-to-Market Partnership: Support beta launches, pricing models, sales enablement, and product training
Cross-Functional Leadership: Align engineering, TPM, QA, sales, marketing, and executives around clear product priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
7+ years of product management experience in fintech or digital banking
3+ years in leadership
Proven ownership of products from strategy through launch and adoption
Strong understanding of digital banking ecosystems (core integrations, payments, cards, fraud, account opening)
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical rigor
Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
