Senior Product Manager

• Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, detailing feature releases, enhancements, and long-term product vision
• Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on their impact, value, and feasibility, balancing short-term needs with the long-term product strategy
• Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with organizational standards
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
• Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and collaborate with junior Product Managers, providing guidance on best practices and helping them grow in their roles
• Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team development and knowledge sharing

• Experience delivery in a tight deadline and high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills, leading and hands-on exp.
• Proven experience in product planning and lifecycle management
• Skilled in defining and executing product vision and strategy
• Ability to gather and prioritize customer and business requirements
• Proficient in creating and managing detailed product roadmaps
• End to end project management experience (inception to delivery)
