Job Description:

Senior Product Manager role at UpGuard, a cybersecurity company focused on making life easier for security teams. The role involves shaping and driving UpGuard's product strategy, working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that address customer problems and deliver measurable value in the cyber risk posture management platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products
  • Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Collaborate with Design to craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritise work
  • Champion a customer-first mindset
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders
  • Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and iteration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales)
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex product initiatives
  • Experience in UX or design collaboration
  • Strong understanding of data and metrics to inform product decisions

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience or qualifications in security or compliance
  • Exposure to security and/or GRC teams, risk assessment, compliance and audit processes
  • A background or strong interest in design thinking and user experience
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or data-driven product development
  • A track record of identifying and seizing commercial opportunities within product strategies
