You will join our client, a world leader in developing and operating integrated resorts, to lead the development of casino management systems from the ground up. You will own end-to-end product management, shaping the vision, roadmaps, and the details that turn ideas into reality. You’ll write clear user stories, product specifications, and regulatory documents, and you’ll partner with stakeholders, development teams, and users to ensure delivery that meets legal requirements and user needs. This hybrid role is based in Texas, with a cooperative mix of onsite collaboration and remote work. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the product vision, prioritize features, and apply modern technologies and best practices. You’ll collaborate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, operations, and business teams to align on strategy and execution, while upholding regulatory compliance and a strong focus on usability.
Job Responsibility:
Define product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders, translate high level requirements into clear user stories and PRDs, manage the backlog, support Agile rituals, track KPIs, and drive releases
collaborate across engineering, QA, UI/UX, operations, and business units to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security considerations are embedded in the product
advocate for usability, gather user feedback, and iterate using data-driven insights
leverage AI to automate routine product tasks, summarize user research, generate user stories and acceptance criteria, create release notes, and surface insights for continuous improvement
stay informed about casino industry trends, competitor offerings, and apply insights to guide the product direction
commit to safe work practices and reliable attendance, with flexibility to meet business needs
Requirements:
5+ years as a Product Manager or similar in gaming
proven AI fluency
knowledge of API and integration
familiarity with data, analytics, and insights
proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
basic understanding of security and application architecture
knowledge of customer and loyalty systems, casino, and hospitality
demonstrated experience in road mapping and prioritization, agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban), and writing crisp user stories and acceptance criteria
strong communication, analytical thinking, empathy for users, and interpersonal skills working with diverse teams
Nice to have:
Technical credibility as a former engineer or strong technical collaboration experience
existing industry relationships or vendor familiarity in hospitality or gaming
