Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you speak with customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features. Requirements:
You think from a customer’s point of view and are looking to get better at it all the time
You have strong analytical skills and have previously used data to inform your product decisions
You have experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
Proven experience in product management
Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company or selling to commercial/sales departments within organisations
