We’re partnering with a market-leading technology company that designs products used in mission-critical environments across the globe. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key hardware product portfolio and help shape the future direction of the Product Management function. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic product thinking with hands-on delivery, customer engagement and people leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and commercial success of a hardware product portfolio
  • Lead products through their full lifecycle, from concept through to launch, in-life management and end-of-life planning
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product decisions
  • Engage directly with customers to understand operational challenges and market needs
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and executive stakeholders
  • Mentor and support Product Managers, helping develop capability across the wider team
  • Drive continuous improvement across products, processes and portfolio performance

Requirements

  • Significant Product Management experience, including ownership of complex hardware products
  • Experience defining product strategy and managing the full product lifecycle
  • Previous leadership or people management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to work confidently alongside engineering teams and make commercially balanced product decisions
  • A collaborative, resilient approach with the confidence to influence at all levels
