Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic Senior Product Manager to shape the future of a data and AI-enabled platform. In this role, you will set long-term product direction, connect technical innovation to measurable business outcomes, and work closely with engineering, data, and design leaders to deliver intelligent, scalable experiences. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong platform expertise with the ability to influence executives, guide cross-functional teams, and translate complex technical opportunities into customer value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and drive a long-range product vision for the core platform
  • Direct the strategy for data ingestion, integration, and platform foundations
  • Collaborate with engineering and AI partners to establish semantic data models and governance practices
  • Own product decisions across platform logic and AI workflows
  • Lead the integration of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI capabilities
  • Define how platform intelligence supports skills frameworks, career mobility pathways
  • Align roadmaps across product areas by working closely with leaders
  • Advise senior leadership on product investment decisions
  • Coach and develop other Product Managers
  • Act as a visible voice in the market by contributing thought leadership

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience within SaaS, platform, data, or AI-focused product environments
  • Strong background in enterprise-scale platform strategy, data architecture, and AI-enabled product development
  • Experience bringing automation, machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI solutions into production within complex software organizations
  • Solid understanding of schema design, metadata management, governance practices, and model lifecycle considerations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders, turning sophisticated concepts into actionable plans
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and data science teams
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and modern product tools such as Jira and Aha!
  • experience with AI collaboration tools is a plus
