Job Responsibility:
Lead and own significant areas of the digital product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with commercial and customer objectives
Translate strategy into actionable plans, guiding design, engineering, and delivery teams to deliver high-impact projects
Focus initially on mobile app development, membership experience, and regional platform expansion, with scope to lead other strategic initiatives
Drive complex, high-profile projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Build data-informed business cases, balancing commercial viability with customer relevance
Identify market and competitor trends to uncover opportunities and maintain the brand’s digital leadership
Collaborate closely with technology leads, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment
Influence senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Act as a mentor within the product team, supporting the development of junior colleagues and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital product management, delivering multiple high-profile projects concurrently
Strong track record of translating strategy into measurable business outcomes
Skilled in building business cases and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Experience working on mobile apps, membership, or loyalty programmes
Comfortable managing external development partners while maintaining quality and strategic direction
