Senior Product Manager

• Create compelling personalized experiences that spark customer engagement at point of sale
• Deepen customer relationships and increase retention

• Extensive product management and B2C industry experience
• 5-7 years of successfully delivering user value
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling and decision-making abilities
• Ability to use customer data and analytics to derive insights
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives
• Strong partnership with technology teams
• Strong mentor of product managers
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication
• Experience working in a global and matrixed organization
• Experience with technical aspects of retail systems (point of sale, payments, self-checkout)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
