As a Senior Product Manager for Dialpad Sell, you’ll lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our AI-powered outbound sales solution. From seller-focused capabilities that support outbound sales engagement and workflow optimization to the tools and insights managers and leaders need to onboard and coach their teams effectively, your product will help revenue teams connect with prospects more effectively and close deals faster.
Job Responsibility:
Own product strategy and roadmap for the Sell business line
Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and business opportunities
Lead the ideation, design, specification, development, and release of solutions
Maintain the quality of your product by identifying product and technical issues
Measure your impact through quantitative and qualitative data
Champion your product, both internally and externally
Approach your role with a growth mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Requirements:
8+ years of experience building a B2B SaaS product
Expertise and/or experience working on a sales communication or revenue insights product
Proven ability to lead complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically sophisticated systems (APIs, real-time systems, data pipelines)
Fluency in AI systems and a passion for applying this technology
A data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and make informed trade-offs
Excellent communication skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-evolving environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
