Job Responsibility:
Build conversational interfaces for natural interaction with ERP data
Design and ship workflow automations to eliminate manual steps in core staffing processes
Validate and prioritize AI use cases based on real customer and business impact
Define and track KPIs to measure AI effectiveness across the product
Act as an AI thought partner to other Product Managers
You balance fast execution with continuous discovery through customer feedback and usage data
Requirements:
Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features (e.g. chatbots, AI agents, semantic search)
Strong collaboration with Engineering and AI/ML teams
Solid understanding of prompting, data quality, and modern AI architecture
Hands-on prototyping with AI tools and APIs
Bias for action — ship, measure, iterate quickly
Comfortable testing assumptions and learning fast
Experience working with complex or legacy systems
Regular interaction with real users and customers
Ability to turn feature requests into validated problems and solutions
Very good German skills (minimum C1 Level) for direct customer interaction
Fluent in English

Experience in ERP or staffing software
