As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive the vision for a solution area that will help leaders navigate workforce transformation in an AI-powered world. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap planning to feature development and launch, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to shape experiences that optimize team structures, align talent with business goals, and improve organizational health. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs while delivering measurable business outcomes. Job Responsibility:
Define the product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market
Identify short- and long-term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive the product roadmap
Build consensus on product strategy, prioritize the backlog, and work with partners to align on trade-offs and disclosures
Define features and partnerships to achieve the vision and goals for specific products or sets of features, from product definition and planning through development, release, and end of life
Develop and execute strategies to enable in-product organic growth
Provide central, cross-functional leadership for the product
Partner with stakeholders in Engineering, Product Marketing, Research, and Design to drive business growth
Conduct competitive and economic analysis to validate recommendations
Drive revenue and business outcomes through planning and performance accountability
Identify, define, and analyze scorecard metrics and key performance indicators to improve category insights, track performance, and identify trends across the product category
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
