Job Description:

Lead the development of cutting-edge mobile apps and software platforms for electric vehicles in a dynamic, innovative startup environment. You’ll lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional members and global teams to develop mobile apps and software platforms for electric vehicles. You'll focus on creating exceptional user experiences and competitive features for various regions. You’ll represent the customer, shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and align stakeholders – making a real difference in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development of cutting-edge mobile apps and software platforms for electric vehicles
Own the product backlog, prioritize, refine specifications, and deliver features
Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and viability
Continuously test products to ensure high quality
Analyze product performance, generate hypotheses, and iterate on the product discovery process
Understand and incorporate business and product goals into plans

Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience as a Product Manager working on software products
Experience leading product discovery using lean/agile principles
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to champion customer needs and execute roadmaps for excellent outcomes
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Flexible attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
Business-level Japanese communication skills (verbal) are a plus, as is experience with automotive, mobile, or navigation software products
