Join us as a Senior Product Manager and shape how video advertising scales on the open web, turning one-off customer work into product that scales.
Job Responsibility
Take the most commercially important problems, run the discovery that lowers the risk, and stay accountable for the outcome long after it ships
Move customer work from one-off delivery onto the product, so accounts can grow without a new round of manual effort every time
Shape how parts of the suite are packaged, priced, and positioned, so customers see the value, the field can sell it, and the business can scale it
Spend real time with customers and commercial teams, and turn what you learn into product decisions the team can act on
Work closely with engineering, design, and data to solve problems together, not by handing down specs
Find where AI can carry the load inside our products
Decide what we stop doing, with conviction
Requirements
Senior product management experience in a commercial B2B environment
Direct exposure to pricing, packaging, monetisation, growth, go-to-market, or other commercial product decisions
Commercial instinct you treat as your own problem, not someone else's
A strong product toolbox: discovery, strategy, clear writing, close work with design and engineering, the right measures of success, strong launches, and learning from the market
Clear communication that brings people along, with strategy and tradeoffs open enough for others to challenge
Comfort working before the process exists
Fluency using AI in your own work, from research and synthesis to prototyping and analysis
Nice to have
Building AI into a product itself, not just using it
Ad tech, martech, creative tools, media, or another commercially complex domain
Moving a company from service-heavy delivery to scalable product revenue
Building or shaping a product function early
Self-serve, usage-based, hybrid, or enterprise pricing
