Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling successful, user-centric digital products
  • Proven experience setting the strategic direction for a complex product portfolio or ecosystem, not just a single product or feature area
  • Proven track record of building user-facing digital products that balance functional and emotional experience
  • Strong background in product discovery, including user research, data analysis and journey mapping
  • Exceptional ability in functional leadership and influencing without authority
  • Clear experience driving execution at scale, working closely with engineering, design and business teams
  • Deep understanding of what makes great UX, with the ability to partner closely with designers to shape inspiring experiences
  • Experience working in or with marketplaces, platforms, or other multi-sided ecosystems is a strong plus
  • Skilled in turning complex problems into simple, user-focused solutions
  • Mastery of stakeholder management, with the communication skills and executive presence to effectively advise, direct, and coordinate with senior leaders across a large organization
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, technology, design or related)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as this is our main working language across teams
