VAST Data is looking to add a Senior Product Manager to our growing team! Job Responsibility:

Drive the definition, strategy, and roadmap for core components of the VAST AI OS, and establish and scale product management practices that enable high alignment, fast iteration, and cross-functional clarity
Partner closely with engineering, dev architects, sales, marketing, and support to bring visionary product capabilities to market
Balance technical depth with business understanding to influence roadmap priorities and trade-offs
Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring we solve the right problems for enterprises navigating the data explosion across on-prem and cloud environments
This is an ideal role for someone who has lived through (and helped lead) the transition from early-stage to scalable product cycles, and is eager to repeat and improve the process in a company building the future of data platforms

Requirements:

Proven product management experience in both small, fast-paced companies and larger enterprises
Prior experience in establishing frameworks for prioritization, goal-setting (OKRs), and customer/market feedback loops
Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a passion for cross-functional alignment and clarity
Technical background in distributed systems, storage, or data platforms
Track record of building scalable product management processes and cross-functional alignment
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs
Passion for building methodology, not just products - helping to shape how VAST grows
Customer-obsessed, with the curiosity to dig into complex enterprise use cases and distill them into clear, executable priorities

Nice to have:

Bonus: background in data warehousing, query engines, and data integration pipelines
