Job Responsibility:
Transform telemetry to business insights through partnerships with engineering and data platform teams
Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
Understand business performance (trends, funnels) as well as answer product and business questions to drive product and marketing actions
Leverage industry best practices in establishing repeatable BI practices, principles & processes
Partner with Data Scientists to get insights into product metrics and communicate those to both technical & non-technical audiences
Demonstrated leadership and exceptional cross-team collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements
Be a voice for players and develop expert understanding of player gaps and opportunities, serving as a consultant and resource to partner organizations for planning and prioritization
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework)
4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
5+ years of technical program/product management experience shipping products/services
Proficient technical background and solid foundation in software or platform engineering principles
Ability to understand, translate and map business and product questions into analysis projects
Proficient ability to articulate vision, requirements & benefits to business and technical partners
Proficient presentation skills and ability to adapt elevation of messages based on audience
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities
