Job Description:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Product, Complex Care, you will take on a high-impact role in building the tools and workflows that power Spring Health’s workplace mental health services, ranging from employee support and manager consultations to crisis response and return-to-work guidance. Your work will improve operational efficiency, strengthen care delivery, and create seamless, connected experiences for members, providers, and employer partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design tools that enable care teams, clinical operations, and providers to operate efficiently, confidently, and consistently across all Workplace Care services
  • Improve the experience of members seeking workplace support by reducing time to care, clarifying next steps, and ensuring smoother, more connected care journeys
  • Partner closely with clinical operations to understand workflow needs and craft solutions that reduce administrative burden and elevate care quality
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize workplace workflows— intake, triage, coordination, documentation, or follow-up—to improve reliability and outcomes
  • Use automation and intelligent workflow design (including AI where appropriate) to streamline manual tasks and support faster, more accurate service delivery
  • Gather and synthesize insights from care teams, employers, and internal stakeholders to inform product direction and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Data Science to define metrics and evaluate the impact of workflow improvements on efficiency, timeliness, satisfaction, and outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical Ops, Customer Success, and the AI Servicing Platform team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Lead the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery to launch—with clarity, structure, and strong cross-functional alignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a solid track record of delivering successful products within or adjacent to the healthcare industry
  • Experience building clinical tools or EHR systems, with a deep understanding of provider workflows, documentation processes, and the realities of clinical practice
  • Empathy for providers and clinical teams
  • Broad healthcare knowledge, ideally spanning beyond mental health
  • Comfort with a high-growth, dynamic environment, and an ability to balance agility with consistency
  • An ability to navigate ambiguity, with a bias towards rapid execution over process
  • A self starter who thrives when given autonomy, with aptitude and desire to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge and foundation in AI/ML and SaaS capabilities

Nice to have:

Experience working with healthcare infrastructure, in AI/ML, and having worked in an early-stage startup environment

What we offer:
  • Health, Dental, Vision benefits start on your first day
  • Access to HSA and FSA plans, with Spring contributing up to $1K for HSAs
  • Employer sponsored 401(k) match of up to 2%
  • A yearly allotment of no cost visits to the Spring Health network of therapists, coaches, and medication management providers for you and your dependents
  • Competitive paid time off policies including vacation, sick leave and company holidays
  • At 6 months tenure, parental leave of 18 weeks for birthing parents and 16 weeks for non-birthing parents
  • Access to Noom, a weight management program
  • Access to fertility care support through Carrot, in addition to $4,000 reimbursement for related fertility expenses
  • Access to Wellhub for fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and sleep
  • Access to BrightHorizons for child care, back-up care, and elder care
  • Up to $1,000 Professional Development Reimbursement a year
