Job Description

You will drive strategy and execution for serving B2B and B2B2C customers within Uber. You will work across Uber’s diverse product/technology and GTM teams to bring to life your vision of creating efficiency and powering growth through automation, intelligence, and innovation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Through Ideation to Launch: Guide the process from ideation through technical development to the successful launch of innovative products
  • Drive Product Development: Collaborate with a team of world-class engineers and designers to drive product development and ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Establish Shared Vision: Build consensus across the company to establish a shared vision and prioritize initiatives that lead to successful product execution
  • Integrate Research into Product Requirements: Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and product effectiveness
  • Define and Analyze Success Metrics: Establish and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of products
  • Understand Strategic and Competitive Position: Deliver industry-leading products by understanding Uber’s strategic and competitive positioning
  • Maximize Efficiency in Dynamic Environments: Ensure maximum efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where fluid processes and creative solutions are essential
  • Collaborate and Build Alignment: Work with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment across the organization while navigating ambiguous problem areas

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience developing world-class applications
  • Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization
  • Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized product roadmap
  • Passion for Uber's mission and the company's hybrid technology & operations nature
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science or a quantitative domain
  • Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners

Nice to have

  • Preferred Masters in Business Administration
