T-Ads is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager that will be responsible for driving the vision, design, and product roadmap for our in-store RMN offering in a fast-paced and multidimensional environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in both the ad-tech and out-of-home or retail media industries, leading cross-functional teams to deliver new features and experiences on the product roadmap. This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships with Sales, Operations and BD teams, partner organizations, dependent technology teams, and supporting vendors.
Job Responsibility:
Develop a product vision & strategy for our RMN product suite to provide retailers and their customers with the best possible in-store experience
Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a product roadmap for our RMN products
Partner with our customers to understand their needs and problems and scope, deliver, and iterate on solutions to help them meet their goals
Work closely with engineering and outside vendors to build and enhance our RMN products, managing technical requirements, setting timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure our solutions are meeting the needs of our customers.
Lead go-to-market strategy for new offerings within our RMN product suite, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across our customers.
Monitor product usage and impact, using data-driven insights to refine and evolve our solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science, operations etc.)
6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in advertising technology, digital-out-of-home (DOOH), or retail media
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand software systems, API integrations, and data modeling.
Customer-oriented mindset, with a deep empathy for end-users and passion for solving problems
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex discussions, write succinct product specs, and present to senior stakeholders.
Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term product vision
Self-starter with a team player attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
Experience with retail media tech stacks, including order management systems, point of sale data management systems, customer relationship management systems, and online RMN offerings
Familiarity with the advertising data ecosystem, including data marketplaces, data providers, and measurement and attribution solutions
