Job Description

Our entertainment and technology client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for identity, authentication and customer onboarding experiences within a large-scale streaming platform. This role will drive seamless user journeys from account creation and authentication through activation and engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong consumer product experience with technical fluency in identity systems, analytics-driven decision making and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the roadmap and product strategy for identity, authentication and onboarding experiences
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications
  • Partner with engineering, design, security, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality products from concept through launch
  • Lead prioritization decisions by balancing customer needs, business goals and technical constraints
  • Define and improve authentication experiences, including SSO, OAuth/OIDC, account management, passkeys and entitlement flows
  • Define and track KPIs across authentication, onboarding completion, activation, engagement and conversion
  • Communicate product performance and recommendations to leadership
  • Maintain awareness of trends across streaming, digital identity and AVOD/free-tier experiences
  • Benchmark competitive experiences and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Serve as the product leader and subject matter expert across identity and onboarding initiatives

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience owning consumer-facing digital products
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from strategy through launch and optimization
  • Strong product requirements writing and execution skills
  • Experience defining KPIs, analyzing data and making data-driven product decisions
  • Background in streaming, OTT, MVPD, SVOD, subscription or digital media platforms
  • Experience with connected device ecosystems, including smart TVs, streaming devices, mobile and web
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with identity and authentication products, including SSO, OAuth/OIDC, passkeys, identity management or entitlement systems
