Job Responsibility

  • Shaping the future of our Spend Product
  • designing strategy, defining solutions, and driving delivery from concept to launch
  • Building white label solutions for our corporate travel partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech products
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic performance
  • technical or engineering coursework a plus
  • Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale, mission-critical systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams
  • Analytical rigour: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset
  • Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams

Nice to have

Experience building or scaling products with a high degree of user experience, ideally in a fintech or payments environment
