Job Description:

Our company is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our network team. The team is responsible for supporting growth by improving customer/delivery experiences for our network Sellers. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product roadmap, developing and launching new features that enables Sellers to provide excellent return experiences to our customers in partner with external and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Identify opportunities to enhance return experience and come up with a set of right solutions
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements for return experience improvement
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to get alignment to implement solutions
Launch new features by partnering with teams such as engineering, sales and marketing
Own key output metrics and drive the right inputs to meet the business goal

Requirements:

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Excellent oral and written communication skills both for English and Japanese

Nice to have:

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
