Job Description

As Senior Product Manager, Regulatory Reporting, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our regulatory reporting capabilities across multiple jurisdictions. You will ensure our platform meets evolving regulatory obligations while building scalable, automated, and data-driven reporting infrastructure. You will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Data, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into robust product solutions. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on comfort with data (including advanced SQL skills), and the ability to balance regulatory precision with scalable product thinking.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for regulatory reporting across key markets
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and scalable system designs
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to proactively anticipate regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to design and build automated, accurate, and audit-ready reporting pipelines
  • Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate reporting logic, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
  • Define reporting data models, governance standards, and reconciliation frameworks
  • Drive process automation to reduce manual operational overhead and improve reporting accuracy
  • Establish success metrics, monitor reporting performance, and continuously improve reliability and scalability
  • Act as the key product point of contact during regulatory audits and reviews

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional experience, with significant experience in Product Management
  • Proven experience owning complex, data-intensive products end-to-end (from ideation to global delivery)
  • Strong domain knowledge in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, compliance systems, or fintech infrastructure
  • Advanced SQL skills (mandatory) with the ability to independently query large datasets, validate reporting outputs, and troubleshoot data issues
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate regulatory and technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievements

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across APAC, EMEA, or the US
  • Experience building scalable data platforms or working closely with data engineering teams
